From Best to Next Practices
Time to refresh. In this Circle event we did not look at best practices, but at next practices.
On Tuesday 13 October, 2015, Ramon Vullings, author of Not Invented Here: Cross-Industry Innovation and international keynote speaker on innovation, presented at the Circle Belgium.
Packed with examples of innovation in all kinds of industries, Ramon provided an engaging session that explored innovation in HRD. He stretched participants in their thinking and innovation ability, and provided ways to reframe and tackle HRD challenges.
The meeting started with the usual and lively Circle marketplace to exchange challenges and experiences with HRD peers.

About the circle
The Circle is a long-standing peer-to-peer community for human resource (development) managers of large and international businesses to network, learn and share together. We hold Circle meetings once or twice a year.
