Google: Behind the Scenes

What can you learn from Google? In this Circle, we had the unique opportunity to get an inside view and learn from one of the world’s leading companies.

On Thursday 11 June, Stephan Thoma, Global Learning & Development Director at Google (until end of 2014) was our special guest in the Circle. Together we took a look behind the scenes at Google – on how they foster innovation, build a learning organisation and manage and develop talent.  A unique insiders view about Googlers being Googley, and G2G learning.

We also took time to exchange and network among our HRD colleagues from other companies, and we explored lessons from Google for the organisation of Circle members.
